Dearly Beloved,
Thanks be to God for bringing us to the tenth month of the year 2016.
Instead of your shame you shall have double honor, and instead of confusion they shall rejoice in their portion.
Therefore, in their land they shall possess double; Everlasting joy shall be theirs. Isaiah 61:7
The number ten is five multiplied by 2, and the number five signifies G R A C E. This means ten is double the grace Therefore this month is a month of double portion of grace for you in Jesus name. Grace is receiving God’s riches and goodness at Christ’s expense. It is receiving God’s resources that we do not deserve. It is like getting a pay check that you did not work for. God is more than enough. His name is Jehovah El Shaddai (Genesis 17:1) the All Sufficient God.
In the Bible, when God responded to the request of those who sought Him, He did give them more than they asked for.
In 2 Kings 4:1-7 a widow went to God in prayer. All she was asking for was that her debt be paid. But when God responded, not only was her debt paid, even for the rest of her life she never lacked. She became an oil magnate. May the Lord of Double Portion of Grace pay all your debts, and you will begin to lend to nations in Jesus Name (Deuteronomy 28: 12).
In John 2:1-11 when the Lord Jesus Christ attended the wedding at Cana of Galilee, wherein the mother of Jesus came to Jesus and said that the wine was finished, and that the guests were unhappy. Jesus’ reply was that His time had not come. Praise the Lord, when His time came, the abundant wine was sweeter than the previous supply. Do you have unhappiness around you, wait to see the goodness of the Lord. He is a great provider.
In 1 Samuel 2: 5, when Hannah went to the Lord in prayer, asking for a child, the Almighty God responded, instead of one child He gave her seven children. As many of you looking for the fruit of the womb, rejoice for this is your month when you will weep no more.
I, in the name of Jesus decree double portion of wealth, double portion of anointing, double portion of miracle babies, double portion of promotion, and double portion of academic excellence for you during this month, Deuteronomy 28:1 – 2 says if you will hearken diligently to the voice of your God, to observe and to do all that I have commanded you this day then these blessings shall follow you and overtake you. Also 2 Corinthians 8:9 says “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sake He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.” The Lord Jesus Christ has paid the price of your double portion of grace. In order to access it you have to go through the Lord Jesus Christ by believing in Him, and receive Him as your Lord and personal savior.
The Bible made it clear that God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Please read Isaiah 61: 1-7 and Deuteronomy 28: 1-14 and personalize the pronouns there by putting your name.
Welcome to the month of October, the month of your double portion of HIS Grace.
Yours in Him,
Pastor Lillian Haastrup.
